Maven 2.0 is based around the central concept of a build lifecycle. What this means is that the process for building and distributing a particular artifact (project) is clearly defined.
For the person building a project, this means that it is only necessary to learn a small set of commands to build any Maven project, and the POM will ensure they get the results they desired.
There are three built-in build lifecycles: default, clean and site. The default lifecycle handles your project deployment, the clean lifecycle handles project cleaning, while the site lifecycle handles the creation of your project's site documentation.

Michi's Ladder is not a diet. It's a simple substitution plan. To lose weight, try swapping the foods you eat for similar foods in tiers 1 and 2. The more you eat in tiers 1 and 2, the more you'll increase your chances of losing weight.
There are some healthy foods in lower tiers, but they're either calorie dense or nutrient deficient. To lose weight, you want to maximize the nutrients in every calorie you consume.
Note on frying: Foods should be eaten raw, steamed, grilled, poached, baked, or broiled. Frying automatically drops even the best foods into tier 5.

Your target heart rate is a range of beats per minute that helps you determine if you're exercising at the right intensity. If your pulse is too low, you won't get the maximum benefit from your workout; if it's too high, you won't be able to train as long.
This calculator will give you suggested heart-rate ranges for various workout levels, based on your age and gender. Keep in mind that these are general numbers—different people may have different ranges. As you become very fit, you'll be able to handle higher heart rates for longer periods of time.

This trail guide does not give minute details, and trail conditions are variable, changing with the weather and the season.

The Mason Dixon Trail connects the Appalachian Trail with the Brandywine Trail. This 193 mile long trail starts at Whiskey Springs, on the Appalachian Trail, in Cumberland County, PA and heads east towards the Susquehanna River, passing through Pinchot State Park en route. The trail then follows the west bank of the Susquehanna south to Havre de Grace in Maryland. Across the river, the M-DT continues east, passes through Elk Neck State Forest, then on to Iron Hill Park in Delaware, north along the Christina River and White Clay Creek to the White Clay Creek Preserve. The trail then heads northeast to its eastern terminus at Chadds Ford, PA on the banks of the Brandywine River.

Susquehanna Appalachian Trail Club is one of the thirty groups that maintain part of the Appalachian Trail, a footpath following the crest of the Appalachian Mountains for 2,175 miles from Maine to Georgia. We are a Pennsylvania incorporated 501(c)(3) charitable not-for-profit organization. Our volunteers contribute well over a thousand hours each year toward the care and preservation of this and other footpaths in Central Pennsylvania.

The Susquenehannock Trail is a 85 mile hiking trail in Potter County Pennsylvania. The STC trail club maintains the trail and schedules a variety of hikes from April to October. The club has a summer camporee, wild game dinner and winter frolic.
