49 - Liar liar pants on fire

I’m going to break my promise of no political posts because this is just too damn hilarious.

Via Drudgereport:

I lieReported in the October 5th, 2004 Cyber Alert. Apparently NBC Nightly News for 16 seconds had a cutout picture of Bush in front of a banner. All that was visible were the letters “ilie”. Yep, I lie. Guess they had it right.

The letters came from the word “FAMILIES” in a sign on the far side of Bush, which read: “TAX RELIEF FOR WORKING FAMILIES”
